Swedish massage is the best known of the western massage types.
It helps to release physical and emotional pain. It helps to create a general well-being and is also healing: it helps to reduce swollen feet, it is excellent for people with waist, neck, shoulder pain. The aim of the course is to learn the theory and techniques of Swedish (body) massage.
We will make sure that after the course our students become very self confident, professional massage therapists.
You can finish this course with a certificate or with a diploma. Both options are sufficient to get insurance and start a business. You can do the „Certificate” first, and if you wish later, you can go for the „Diploma”.

How to register for this course?
If you wish to register for this course, please do it in time, because our groups are limited!
- Who can register for this course: Everyone. There is no need for preliminary studies.
- Registration form: You have to submit your registration form before the starting date of the course. Please fill in this REGISTRATION FORM and send it to info@masszazsakademia.hu !
- Registration fee: It is 20.000 HUF tuition fee, or the whole amount of the course fee.
After paying this amount you are officially registered for the course.

Types of courses:
- Intensive (friday/saturdays/sundays) courses: 5 full days from 09:00 am to 5:15 pm. Two weekends! The last evening time is the exam.

What do I have to bring for the course?
- Comfortable cloth

Where is the course? 1137 Budapest, Szent István körút 18. Few days before the starting date of the course we will send you an email with all the information about the course and with the address of the location of the course.
Who will be my teacher? The International Massage Academy hires only highly professional, devoted teachers with a university degree. Your teacher will also be a professional teacher!
What kind of certificate do I get? You will get an official certificate with your name, registration number and a registration number of the International Massage Academy on it. The certificate is in English language.
On request (for extra charge) we can make it in other languages as well. You will also recieve with your certificate an English language Apostille.
Who is in charge of supervising high quality education? Gabriella Acsadi. She was a teacher at the Semmelweis Medical University from 2004-2010. From 2005 she has been the director of Massage Service and from 2007 she has been the vice president of The Union of Massage Teachers.
